Production Coordinator

I’m a production coordinator with experience across theatre, live events, film, and interdisciplinary projects, supporting artists and organizations from concept through execution.

From budgeting and scheduling to logistics and literary support, I specialize in anticipating challenges, asking the right questions, and building systems that allow creative work to thrive.

Grounded in servant leadership and decolonized practices, my approach prioritizes collaboration, community, and mutual respect over rigid hierarchies.

While my work has appeared under many different titles, the role remains the same: ensuring each project is organized, supported, and aligned with its collective vision.

  • VIP Coordinator (Ben Platt: Live at the Ahmanson)

    As the VIP Coordinator, I coordinated on-site VIP operations for a high-profile live performance, collaborating with artist representatives, house management, ushers, and photographers to execute seamless post-show meet-and-greets. I managed VIP guest logistics including list management, check-in flow, merchandise preparation, and real-time guest relations.

  • Writing Assistant (Fake it Until You Make It)

    As the Writing Assistant, I supported Larissa FastHorse during the development of her world premiere play, Fake It Until You Make It at The Mark Taper Forum, by helping manage script changes, track continuity, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. I handled both digital and physical script updates in Final Draft, made sure everyone(from actors to stage management) had the most current version.

  • Script Coordinator (Center Theatre Group: One LA)

    As the Script Coordinator, I  helped shape the script for CTG’s 2025 Gala, making sure everything from heartfelt speeches to playful voice-over intros, flowed smoothly and hit the right tone. I worked closely with producers, stage managers, and presenters (including celebrity hosts and institutional leaders) to keep things running on time, make last-minute edits, and ensure the night felt polished, meaningful, and seamless from start to finish.​

  • Producer (My CODA Heart)

    Produced a workshop of Academy, Nominated Actor, Paul Raci's newest solo play "My CODA Heart". (In collaboration with Cal State LA). This play explores Paul's life as a CODA in Chicago to being drafted to the war and finally how he found his love for acting that led him to come to Hollywood.

  • Production Coordinator (Directors Lab West 2024-Current)

    Supported a week-long theatre directing intensive, providing administrative, logistical, and on-site support in a fast-paced live environment. Assisted with hiring and supervising staff, coordinated participant travel, scheduling, and ticketing across multiple theatre companies, and managed program schedules, budget oversight, and post-Lab event logistics while resolving last-minute operational challenges. Started as Assistant Production Manager in 2024 and have been the main Production Manager since.

  • Film Festival Screener (Big Apple Film Festival 2022)

    As a screener for the 2022 Big Apple Film Festival, I reviewed a wide range of submissions including short films, feature-length narratives, and music videos, evaluating each for artistic merit, originality, and technical execution. I provided detailed assessments and numerical scores to help guide programming decisions, drawing on my storytelling background to champion bold, compelling work from emerging filmmakers.
